AI & Upskilling Lead

Help women build the capabilities to lead what comes next.

Role Purpose

The AI & Upskilling Lead shapes initiatives that help the WiLS community understand, adopt, and confidently navigate emerging technologies and future-ready capabilities.

This role will help translate rapidly evolving topics—particularly AI and digital transformation—into practical, accessible learning opportunities relevant to women across life sciences supply chain.

What You’ll Do
01Develop the vision and roadmap for WiLS AI and upskilling initiatives.
02Identify the capabilities and emerging skills most relevant to the WiLS community.
03Create practical learning opportunities such as workshops, webinars, expert sessions, demonstrations, and learning resources.
04Engage industry experts and technology leaders as speakers, educators, and collaborators.
05Partner with Events & Programming to integrate future-ready learning into the WiLS calendar.
06Collaborate with Mentorship & Career Development to identify opportunities for skill-building and career development.
07Help make AI understandable and actionable for professionals with varying levels of technical experience.
08Monitor emerging trends and recommend new areas of learning as industry needs evolve.
